Separate the payments
In this version of PickPackPic, the full tour price is arranged directly with your host. Any displayed platform service fee is separate and is paid after host acceptance. Ask the host about their payment terms and receipt before committing.
Understand the next step
Submitting a request does not confirm availability. Follow the status in your dashboard. Where a platform fee applies, pay within the stated acceptance window. A message alone is not a substitute for the reservation status.
Save the important details
Keep the booking reference and essential arrangements somewhere you can access during the trip. Ask any remaining questions early enough for the provider to respond. A few minutes of checking can leave more room for enjoying the experience itself.
